A second opinion is helpful for a patient to personally decide his/her treatment method, where the patient can listen to the opinion and judgment of the physicians at this hospital regarding treatment and diagnosis. Since tests and treatment will not be performed at this hospital, the patient should bring such materials himself/herself so that we can form a second opinion. An opinion will be based on the consultation with the patient, and within the range of information provided by your current attending physician. 
Please consult with the attending physicians  at the medical institution where you are currently receiving treatment, informing him/her that you would like to receive a second opinion from another medical institution. In principle, application for an appointment for a second opinion is submitted by the medical institution.
