What to expect when you visit
Initial (first) visit
Fill out the Registration form on the table
You do not need to fill this out if you have made an appointment through your current medical institution.
If you have any questions, feel free to ask at the general information counter.
Reception machine for follow-up visits
Insert your patient ID card in the machine and take your
reception slip. Put it in the folder with your patient ID card and
give it to reception in the department(s) you are visiting.
Reception machine for follow-up visits(counter (1))
We will call your name after the
registration procedure is completed.
Drop off the folder at reception
Bring the folder to reception in the department(s) you are visiting.
Follow-up visits (second visit onward)
With appointment slip
Put your patient ID card and appointment slip in a folder and give it to reception in the department(s) you are visiting.
Without appointment slip
If you made your appointment by phone.
Initial visit
If you are visiting a different department or have not visited for more than 3 months, your visit will be handled as an initial visit.
After completing the consultation
After completing the consultation, tests, and treatments go to the second floor to complete the payment procedure.
Payment Reception Machine
Insert your patient ID card into the Payment Reception Machine and take the payment slip. Wait until the number on your payment slip is displayed on the monitor.
Payment processing counters (counters (2) - (7))
When the number on your payment slip is displayed on the monitor, proceed to a payment processing counter. Once the calculation of your bill is complete, the number of your payment slip will be displayed on the monitor above the automatic payment machine. You can pay at a payment counter (counters No.8 and No.10) or use the automatic payment machine. * It usually takes 15 minutes to calculate a medical bill
Medication required
Prescriptions for a pharmacy outside of the hospital
Go to a pharmacist covered by your insurance.
Prescriptions for the hospital pharmacy
Go to the medication pickup counter.
