Payment of medical consultation fees

1) Receive the payment slip

Once you have finished receiving all your medical examinations and tests, please go to the second floor and insert your patient ID card into the Automatic Payment Machine located near the reception counter. Take the payment slip and your patient ID card from the machine. Please wait until the number on your payment slip is displayed on the monitor.

The amount of time needed to calculate a medical bill will vary depending on how busy the hospital is. Your understanding is appreciated.

2) Accounting

When the number on your payment slip is displayed on the monitor, please go to corresponding payment processing counter and present your payment slip along with the folder containing your patient ID card and examination slip, etc. Please also state your name for confirmation. 
* You may be asked to present your health insurance card for confirmation. 
* Your payment slip will be returned.

3) Payment

After receiving your payment slip and your patient ID card from the  payment processing counter, please wait until your hospital fees are calculated. Once calculation has been completed, the number on your payment slip will be displayed on the monitor. Please confirm your number, then wait in the line for the automatic payment machine. It usually takes 10-15 minutes to calculate a medical bill.

When it is your turn, hold the barcode on your payment slip over the automatic payment machine, or insert your patient ID card into the machine to complete payment. 
Please be sure to take and confirm your receipt. Information such as your next appointment and prescription slip for an in-hospital prescription is included.

*In addition to cash, credit cards are accepted by the automatic payment machine but only for lump-sum payments. When paying by credit card, you must enter your PIN (4 digits) regardless of the amount.

*In some cases, such as for patients who would like to pay in installments, payment at the automatic payment machine may not be possible. For questions or consultation regarding payment, please go to  payment counter No.10.
