- If you have any concerns regarding your hospital stay, please ask the nursing staff or your doctor.
- Please follow the directions provided by the nursing staff and your doctor.
※In cases where the actions of a patient disturb other patients, the patient fails to follow the directions of doctor or nurse, or medical staff, or the behavior of the patient is deemed unacceptable by social norms, the patient may be discharged.
- When watching television or listening to the radio in your hospital room, please do not disturb the other patients.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco devices) in front of the entrance, inside the building, or on hospital premises is not allowed.
- A mailbox is located in the postal station on the 2nd floor.
In addition, if you request your family, friend or acquaintance to send something by postal service, please be sure they clearly include the following information.

Name of the patient: Please clearly write the information in capital letters.
- For registered cash and wire money transfer, please bring the receiver's seal and pick it up at the Medical Support Department, Medical Support Division (Medical Support Division Office) on the 2nd floor. Mail is not delivered on holidays. However, parcels are delivered as normal. If contacted, please come to administrative office on duty on the first floor and pick it up.
- As a rule, overnight stays are not allowed. However, in case of an unavoidable circumstance, please consult your doctor.
- Drinking alcohol, gambling, singing, gathering, soliciting, smoking, and other activities that may disturb other patients are prohibited in the hospital.
- Although the hospital will not take a call for you, we will inform you if a call has been received.
- Cell phones and smartphones can be used in the following areas. Please refrain from using cell phones and smartphones in places other than the following designated areas.
- Main entrance hall
- Elevator halls on each floor
- Private rooms
- In case of emergency, remain calm and follow the instructions of the doctors, nursing and hospital staff.
Do not use the elevator under any circumstances.
Fire extinguishers, emergency alarms, fire doors, etc. are important emergency equipment, please do not touch them without permission or reason. Do not place items around the head of your bed where they can fall or break.
- In order to prevent misidentification and ensure safe medical care, this hospital requests all patients to wear identification wristbands during hospitalization.
As a rule, patient name (in katakana), hospital ward, ID No. and barcode are displayed on the wristband, which is worn on the wrist or ankle from admission until discharge.
The wristband is used to confirm your identity during tests, surgery, and injection. Your cooperation is appreciated. If you have any difficulties, please inform the nurse.
- Inquiries by telephone regarding hospitalized patients are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
